Are You A Victim Of Water Contamination At Camp Lejeune, NC?
Military members and their families stationed at Camp Lejeune have for decades been exposed to a toxic water supply on the base. The water supply was contaminated with industrial solvents and other toxic waste which have been shown to cause a variety of diseases including cancer.
Anyone who resided or worked at the Camp Lejeune Marine Corps Base between 1953 and 1987 (for at least a 30-day period) could qualify for compensation, including beneficiaries of those who died from an injury, should they or a loved one have one of the qualifying injuries/illnesses.

Camp Lejeune water poisoning.
The contamination took place at Camp Lejeune, NC between 1953 and 1987 and it is estimated that as many as 1 million service members and their families may have been exposed.
Kellum Law Firm’s Class Action Attorneys are now filing claims on behalf of veterans and family members who were exposed to a contaminated water supply at Camp Lejeune, and became sick.
To date, a procedural bar in North Carolina law has meant that very few victims of the toxic water supply have successfully received compensation for the illnesses and harm they have suffered.
Recently-passed legislation in the House of Representatives has resulted in a reversal of policy and it is now anticipated that claims for compensation may soon be filed on behalf of victims. Specifically:
Bill H.R.2192 – Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2021
“To provide for recovery by individuals who were stationed lived, or worked at Camp Lejeune, for certain actions or omissions by the United States.”
Bill H.R.3967 – Honoring our PACT Act of 2022
“To improve health care and benefits for veterans exposed to toxic substances, and for other purposes.”
