Kellum Law Firm’s John Briggs And Jay Blaze Talk Car Accidents, Car Insurance and Workers’ Compensation
On March 22, 2019 Kellum Law Firm’s Managing Attorney John Briggs sat down with 101.9 Kiss FM’s very own Jay Blaze to talk about car accidents, car insurance and workers’ compensation.
There are many important points covered by John in this discussion. For example, if you’re involved in a car accident and try to represent yourself when making a claim, there’s every possibility that you’re going to be taken advantage of by Insurance Companies and their loss adjusters. John talks about instances where Insurance company representatives have literally turned up at the scene of the accident with a checkbook, looking to cut a check to the accident victim for as little as $100 to settle the claim. Of course in doing so the insured is signing a release that essentially ends their chances of claiming for anything over and above the amount written on the check!
