Dustin Pittman

What sets Dustin apart is his unparalleled passion and drive to ensure his client’s rights are protected. He has a proven record working within the system to achieve the results his clients desire, while also working to improve our legal system at each step of the way.

Dustin is a 2007 graduate of East Carolina University, where he studied Communications and Political Science, graduating in three years. While at East Carolina he was involved in Student Government and was in the leadership of the East Carolina College Republicans and the North Carolina Federation of College Republicans.

 Dustin attended Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law and graduated in 2010 on the advocacy track. While at Campbell, he was a member of the Buffalo-Niagara Trial Competition Team and the National Trial Competition Team, representing Campbell Law against the best from law schools around the country. Dustin was also involved in Student Government, serving as the Student Body Treasurer from 2008-2009 and was the Head Coach of Campbell’s representative in the North Grounds Softball League Invitational in Charlottesville, Virginia a yearly tournament featuring teams from law schools from all over the country.  During his third year, Dustin clerked for the Honorable Paul M. Newby, Associate Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court.

 Dustin is the current Chairman of the Wayne County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council, the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Wayne County Coalition for Addiction and Life Management, Inc., a 501( c)(3) non-profit seeking to address substance misuse related issued in the community, is the former Chairman of the Juvenile Defense Section of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and is a member of the Church Council at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Goldsboro.  He lives in Goldsboro with his wife and two children.
